📦 Returns & Exchanges Policy

The Pillar Company

We want you to love your faith-inspired apparel and accessories from The Pillar Company! Because our products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner (Printify), we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with the product itself.


🔁 Returns & Refunds Eligibility

We accept returns or issue replacements only if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong item, size, or design

  • The print is defective or misaligned

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • Request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order

  • You must provide clear photos of the issue

  • Items must be unused and unworn


✉️ How to Submit a Return/Replacement Request

Please email us at info@thepillarco.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos showing the defect or incorrect item

We'll review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.


⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Wrong size ordered (please refer to the size guide before purchasing)

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Custom or personalized items
